Fun with the Browers

So, Andrea's dad "won" a suite at a Bee's game, and naturally Adam and I were invited. Unfortunately Adam had to work, so it was one again an eventful night for just me with the Browers and fam. It was super fun! I felt really important actually. When we got there, we got our tickets, and then had to go in through the VIP entrance. (That's right... The VIP's coming through). Then all 13 of us crammed into an elevator to go up to our fabulous suite. We had the perfect one to. And I would describe it if I knew anything about baseball, or the right things to say about the field, and where we were relative to the area's of the field... All I know is that we were behind the catcher to the left.... Haha. I had a picture, but I was retarded enough to erase it on accident.... The one and only picture I had... Once we got to the actual suite, there was food, and a barrell of fun just waiting for us. :) During the 5th inning we were presented with an ice cream bar. HOW EFFING SWEET IS THAT?? Or should I say how SUITE is it... Wow... Can you tell I've had too much Dr. Pepper today??? :) Once I got the camera out to take pictures, I somehow only ended up with ones of the kids... Except for the above one of Andrea and me... Ryleigh had a great time being passed around from person to person... Banging on the window inside the suite, and eating lots of ice cream. And is that Camdyn or Darla???? I don't know... Elden wouldn't really let me take any pictures of him, but I almost got him... We spent some good times wrestling though. (I won...) Aleigh was her normal little angel self. I love these kids... Good ol Ross was a great sport. Even when we put Ryleigh's bow on his head and took a picture. Hah. Doesn't he look adorable??? And in the end, here is Ryleigh to tell you all how truly exciting the night was.

MOTHER'S DAY!

Happy Mother's Day MOM!!! Here is a picture of her and me on Mothers day a long time ago. Isn't she GORGEOUS??? Well, I love my mom a lot, and I just wanted to write a little something to her to make sure she knows. My mom has always been there for me. We may have disagreements, and we may not always get along, but my mom is a fabulous person. And let's be honest, she's the only mom I've got. ;) I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you for always being there, and for always listening. Thank you for all the good advice, and for always keeping me safe. If it weren't for you, I don't think I would have made it past age 5... Darrell would have killed me. We all know it's true. Thank you for teaching me what's right, and to always be true to myself. Thank you for being you. I love you with all my heart.

Uh huh

Well, I got exactly zero pictures... It was awesome. Ha. It was fun though. That's all I can really say about it...

For a new story... Yesterday was our 1 year anniversary. I can't believe it!! We made it a whole year without killing each other. AMAZING! Ha ha. As a matter of fact, the past year has been incredible. Before I go into that, I thought I would tell you all about our day yesterday. Adam decided to stay home from work since it was the big day. We slept in, and when we woke up... I was coughing my lungs up. (I know what you all were thinking... Gross... Like I would tell you... ;)) So, i called the doctor, and sure enough, couldn't get in till the very end of the day. Oh well, long story short, after over an hour at the doctors office, they let us know that I have an infection in one ear, my sinuses, and my lungs. Good times on the anniversary. We went to dinner, and came home to watch a movie. As I hacked all night... And continue today. :)

On a better note, I just wanted to reminisce a little about the past year. It started out a little rough. Well, rough for me. We got married, went on a fantastic honeymoon to Jamaica, and when we got home, Adam went to work. As you all know, Utah was on fire last summer, so he was quite busy. For the first little while, Adam came home every night, but once the fires really started up, he couldn't. Sometimes he would be out on a fire till midnight. Well, for those of you who know me at all, you know I cried for like a month straight. I did finally kind of get used to it though. We made it through the summer, and then Adam started work 4 days a week instead. I really have enjoyed that. I get to see him all weekend every weekend. It's FABULOUS! Now summer is quickly approaching though, so watch out friends. I think I might cry again... :( Ha ha. I'll be fine. At least I know what to expect this time.

To end this I just wanted to let you all know my favorite things about Adam.

- He is my best friend. I can tell him anything and everything and he will never ever stop loving me.
- He is a complete goof ball. Even if I am mad as hell, he can usually make me laugh. (Usually.. :))
- He is an animal lover. In fact, just yesterday he told me he thought about being veterinarian!! Until he found out how much schooling he would have to do.
- He helps around the house. If I ask him to do it, he will!!
- He loves me no matter what. If I gain weight, if I lose weight, if I get frustrated at him, and even when I cry for no reason.
- He is an amazing cuddler. I love snuggling up to him.
- He loves his family. And would do anything for any of them.
- He is my Hero....

Tis the Season.... For Weddings and Graduations

Well, it's a new May, and we all know what that means. Graduations, and endless weddings. Haha. We went to Manti yesterday for Adam's cousins wedding. She was beautiful, it was beautiful, and in all honesty it made me think back to exactly a year ago when that was us. After the wedding was all said and done, Adam and I drove down to Cedar City, and on the way we reminiced about our wedding day. How it was all so exciting. The temple was the most perfect moment of my life. For the most part, everyone I cared about was there to share the moment with us, but for a split second, all I saw was Adam as the sealer was talking to us. Noone else even existed for that moment. And it was in that moment that I looked into his eyes and just knew that this truly was my forever. The feeling of peace and pure joy was indesribable. Whenever we get on eachothers nerves, or we start fighting, that's what I think back on. And then I can look at things and see them as truly insignificant.

Wow, that got deep for a minute.... Now we are in Cedar City. Adam's sister, Kimmy, Is graduating from the Masters program at SUU. What a woman. She is amazing. I truly do look up to her in so many ways. She is determined, motivated, smart, and just a great person. I feel very lucky to have her as my sister in law. So, CONGRATS Kimmy! WE LOVE YOU!!!

(p.s. I forgot my camera, but hopefully with somone elses we can get a few pictures to add to this later....)
