37 Weeks..

Well, we have officially hit 37 of pregnancy. I can't believe it. Jack will be here within the next 3 weeks. Unbelievable! We had our doctors appointment yesterday and he said I am dialated to a 1. That made it a little more real to me. It is actually underway. Super crazy! I'm definitely getting big, so here's a picture so you can all see what I look like now... (Of course Clark ended up in the picture. Haha. Silly Kitty..)

It's on...

Well, it seems as though fire season is slowly creeping up on us... Even though we haven't had any actual fires yet, Adam is starting to get busy already. They did a lot of cleanup on the mountain last year, and didn't have a chance to burn all the piles, so they are starting that now. He doesn't get home till later at night now, which makes me half-way a fire widow... At least I still get to have him come home every night for now. Though the overtime checks are nice, I have to admit that I am a little scared that the day will come that I will go into labor, and not be able to get ahold of him because there is no service on the mountain where they are burning... So I pray every night that I go into labor while he is already home. Like, in the middle of the night. Ha. But for now, I will wake up after he has already gone to work.. (That is after going BACK to sleep after he kisses me good-bye) I will hang out at the house attempting to clean and get fully ready for the arrival of baby Jack.. And I will eventually prepare and eat dinner by myself.. Because that is what summer brings... Me, myself and I... I shouldn't say that. I do have Clark.. The silly kitten. He is great company all day long. He actually won't let me go anywhere in the house alone. Cute thing. I have a feeling he'll be a great big brother... Haha And until he IS a big brother I get to take cute pictures of him.. Like these...

You know, it's a good thing I have family around too, or else I would manage to be the crazy cat lady while being married and having a child! THAT would be quite the accomplishment... My family is great though, and they are really good at making sure I don't get too lonely in the summers. Thanks to them Adam can actually go out and do the great job that he does without having to worry about me being hauled away to a padded room in a straight jacket. :) LOVE YOU GUYS!!
