Really?? I haven't updated in 5 weeks?

So, I can't believe it has been 5 weeks since I posted last... Time really does fly. That in itself gives new meaning to when people tell me to enjoy Jack cause all of a sudden he'll be grown up. He has already changed so much. I can't believe it. There are a few things I need to update everyone on. Jack cord didn't fall off FOREVER, so I had to give him spongebaths for almost a month. It was crazy. Once I could give him a real bath though, he LOVED it.

He also loves tummy time for the most part... So much so that he usually ends up falling asleep. Cute little bugger..

We took him on his first fishing trip too! They opened a little resevoir here in Cedar City. They call it The Lake on The Hill. Ha. One side is for fishing and the other is a beach for swimming. Nest year I have a feeling we'll be spending a lot of time there..
The view from the fishing side over to the beach.
Yeah....

The boy slept the whole time. Haha.

We only caught a few tiny fish, but it was fun!

On a little bit of a sad note.. Jack got some sort of bug a couple of weeks ago. He was throwing up alot. Super scary for me. We took him in to the doctor and they tried giving him some Pedialyte, and he threw that up too. He was 5 weeks old when this happened and there is a condition called Pyloric Stenosis where the Pyloris muscle (somewhere on the stomach) won't open and allow food to go through. Apparently this happens most of the time between 4 and 6 weeks, and if he had it, he would have to have surgery. Needless to say, I was FREAKING OUT! We got to the Doctors office at 10am, and couldn't get the ultrasound done till 3!! Well, he does not have Pyloric Stenosis. He just had the flu... It was a relief, but he still wasn't keeping anything down so the poor little dude had to have IV fluids. They sent us home that night and told us to give him Pedialyte throughout the night, and come back in the morning. They kept the IV in his arm and wrapped it up so it wouldn't get pulled out. He HATED it. He is doing much better now, thank goodness.

Not much else had been going on. Jack and I just hang out at home for the most part.. Adam has been home a bit more than normal this summer, which has been great. We're starting to have some fires now though, so we'll see how much he's gone! Here's a few more pictures of the little man so you can all see him. :)

He's got a little Alfalfa sprout going on here.

Sooooo sweet..

And one of Clark hangin out in the laundry.. Heehee. We still love him very much too. :)
